How do I connect my Airbnb?

Connecting Airbnb lets Staynup receive guest conversations, use your listing information, and reply on your behalf. You do not share your Airbnb password: Staynup connects as a co-host.

Before you start, have an Airbnb listing ready and make sure you can manage its co-host settings.

Invite Staynup as co-host

On Airbnb, open your listing and add Staynup as a co-host:

  1. 1
    Open your listing

Go to the listing you want to connect on Airbnb.

  2. 2
    Add a co-host

Select Co-Hosts → Add Co-Host and enter the email Staynup shows you.

  3. 3
    Grant full access

Choose full_access so Staynup can operate the listing and handle guest communication.

Full access is required because Staynup needs to work with the listing, not just read a small set of details. Your Airbnb password is never shared.

Verify and accept

Paste your listing URL or ID into Staynup. The system checks whether the invitation is ready, then accepts it automatically when the connection is available. The progress display shows what has been completed.

If the listing is not found, return to Airbnb and confirm that Staynup was added as co-host with full_access.

Configure the listing

After connection, set a friendly name and color tag so you can recognize the property. Set the cleaning price used by operations and turn Staynup AI on when you are ready to handle guest messages.

Tip:

The connection is ready when the listing appears in your workspace, its name is recognizable, and Staynup AI is enabled for the property you want to automate.

Important:

Add Staynup as a co-host on Airbnb before entering the listing URL or ID. Without the co-host invitation, Staynup cannot find or connect the listing.
