How do checklist templates work?

Checklist templates are how you standardize a clean. Instead of relying on memory or guesswork, every staff member works from the same defined set of tasks, so a property is cleaned the same way every time.

Templates

A checklist template defines what staff must clean. Templates are organized into sections — Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom — and each section contains tasks. Each task can require a photo as proof, so you can verify the important details even after the staff member has left. One template is set as the workspace default, and it's the one used when a cleaning session is created.

Creating a template

  1. 1
    Name it

Give the template a clear name, like "Standard clean" or "Deep clean".

  2. 2
    Add sections

Create the sections that reflect how the property is laid out.

  3. 3
    Add tasks

Add each task with a name, whether it requires an image, and its order.

  4. 4
    Activate

Set it as the workspace default so new cleaning sessions use it.
