How do the messaging channels work day to day?
Staynup uses the chat apps your team already knows — WhatsApp, Zalo, and Telegram. But not every channel behaves the same way. The manager channel and the staff channel serve different people, do different jobs, and must be treated differently.
Manager vs staff channel
The manager channel is where the AI coordinates guest operations with your managers. The staff channel is where the AI notifies staff about operational tasks. The differences matter:

Important:
On the staff channel, messages without a ticket #id are silently ignored. Teach your staff to always include the #id.
Tip:
The manager channel is where you train the AI day to day — use it whenever you notice a recurring guest question.
